John Michael Kawooya (he/they) is a Los Angeles-based astrologer, educator, and coach practicing since 2019.

Grounded in Hellenistic and modern psychological lineages, John Michael works with the current transits in each client’s chart to support reflective, practical change. His sessions integrate EMDR-informed insight, somatic practice, and emotional processing to help clients clear blocks and align with their highest potential.

A lifelong musician trained at Berklee College of Music, he reads planetary dynamics the way he hears music, attentive to resonance, rhythm, and harmonic relationships. Having seen astrology provide grounding during chaotic times for himself and clients alike, he is committed to using this archetypal language to support healing, expand possibilities, and cultivate a more harmonious world.
